Having trouble with Tanghulu Master? This guide covers the most common issues and their solutions.

Login Issues

“Unable to Connect” Error

1. Check your internet connection
2. Try restarting the game
3. Clear app cache (Settings > Apps > Tanghulu Master > Clear Cache)
4. Reinstall the app if the problem persists

Account Not Syncing

Make sure you’re logged into the same Google account you used before. Cloud save should automatically restore your progress.

Game Crashes

Random Crashes During Gameplay

• Update your device software: Go to Settings > System > Software Update
• Free up storage space: Delete unused apps and files
• Close background apps: Free up RAM before playing

Crash on Startup

1. Force stop the app
2. Clear app data
3. Restart your device
4. Reopen the app

Performance Issues

Lag or Slow Gameplay

• Lower the game graphics in settings
• Disable background apps
• Use a stable WiFi connection instead of mobile data

Battery Draining Fast

• Reduce screen brightness
• Turn off vibration feedback
• Use battery saver mode

Sound Issues

No Sound

1. Check if your device is on silent mode
2. Verify game sound settings are enabled

Payment Issues

In-App Purchase Not Working
